Al Gore/Climate Reality Project event
Even though it has nothing to do with Fashion, this really was the highlight of our fashion week. Al Gore’s assistant contacted us to see if we could help them out in a hurry. Al Gore was headlining the world-wide Climate Reality Project event in NYC and needed quite a bit of pipe and drape at the last minute. We were only too happy to oblige. Mongoose Bunny – Hops for some HD TVs
Mongoose didn’t want to buy 2 new HD TVs for their booth at a trade show here in NYC. So they called us up and rented 2 instead because all Pro-Riders look better in HD. We bunny-hopped over and showed up when they needed us, set up the TVs where they wanted and all they needed to do was give us was a Blu-ray they wanted to play. American Eagle Storefront design
Following the huge success of the Jimmy Choo flight case display last year, American Eagle asked IVS to get them some flight cases for an edgy, urban, hip display campaign to match the edgy, urban, hip image AE has built up over the years. We were of course happy to oblige. Besides the accompanying trusses, stands, etc. that go into making a great window display, IVS provided Store Front installation and 36 custom flight cases for American Eagle to use across various stores. American Eagle Outfitters was planing a fashion show that required a stage and lighting rentals. We were able to set up and brake down in the same day giving them them back the room they needed after their in-house fashion show. Keno Sneak Peek
When Keno Auctions wanted to give their members a sneak peek of their next auction, they could not simple just bring all the items out of safe keeping. After calling us and taking pictures of all the items, we set up in a hall, for them to show all the new items. Yanos Private Party
Interactive Video Solutions collaborated with up and coming New York rapper Yonas to make one lucky man’s birthday a smash hit! The “Fall Back” MC performed at a private event in Long Island on October 18th, and IVS was there to provide the AV backup! The crowd was electrified and hung onto Yonas’ every word as the quick-tongued lyricist darted through songs from his “The Resistance” album. Yonas rocked the stage for hours without a hitch thanks to the efforts of IVS engineers, who built the stage and assembled the audio and lighting. Interactive Vision Solutions was proud to provide A/V solutions to CBS for their coverage of the Saturday Night Live 40th anniversary! Our industry renowned service provided various equipment for CBS’ Entertainment Tonight television program. We provided visual equipment as well as a customized floor stand! Their presentation went off seamlessly thanks to our technicians, who provided full technical maintenance throughout the event. Our technicians delivered the equipment, provided full assembly and oversaw the completion of the production on the star studded red carpet. Say Her Name
Say Her Name is a movement to memorialize the names of women who succumbed to police brutality throughout America. From Rekia Boyd to Shelly Frey, numerous Black women have fallen to gun violence in altercations with police. On May 20th, hundreds of protesters and activists filled the south side of Union Square park. The braintrust behind the event wanted to amplify the names of women who the mainstream media haven’t reported as much in today’s police brutality discussion.
